OVERVIEW
I am an individual person who creates, manages and carefully pack your orders. All orders will typically be processed and shipped within 2-15 business days! I appreciate your understanding . All orders are processed as per the order they were received. We do not offer RUSH gifts/ time sensitive orders as of now!

NOTIFICATION ABOUT YOUR ORDER
After placing order with us, you‘ll receive an order confirmation & notification with tracking info to your email once your order's been shipped. In case, you didn’t receive a notification, then your order hasn’t been processed yet!

SHIPPING & CHARGES
Orders will usually be shipped with USPS and for your convenience they can be tracked. You can check your order status HERE. Currently, we ship across US with minimum shipping charge of $4.99. Orders above $80 are eligible for free shipping. We are currently working on shipping our products worldwide.

DELIVERY & ADDRESS
Orders will usually be shipped with USPS. Delivery may vary on locations, public holidays, weather and package volume. All buyers are responsible for providing up-to-date addresses while placing order to avoid confusion. Address won't be changed after the order is received. Please cancel your order and replace the order. If the package is returned to us due to inability to deliver to the address specified by the customer, then the customer will be responsible for any re-shipment costs.

LOST or DAMAGED PACKAGE
If your order has not been delivered within 4 weeks from your shipment date, please contact us at "support@amisuyukt.com". We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once the item has been marked shipped, we no longer have control of it.

MISSING ITEMS
Please inspect your package carefully (specially corners) upon arrival & contact me immediately if anything is missing. You have 7 days from the day it's delivered to make a claim. I won't be able to entertain this claim after 7 days of delivery of order.

CUSTOMIZATION & PERSONALIZATION of ITEMS
It is user's sole responsibility to ensure that all content in a personalized product is correct. This includes spellings and format of text. Once, order is placed, we won't be able to cancel the personalized product. The cancellation policy doesn't apply to personalized products. While sharing images, please make sure they have high resolution and are in JPEG or PNG format. In few cases, like cards, bookmarks etc. we will send soft and hard proofing of products before replicating the product.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Expected delivery time is 1-3 weeks after order is processed. The shipment delivery may vary on locations, public holidays, weather and package volume.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All the sales are final. Due to nature of products/gifts; cancellation, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
We do accept cancelations for the following exceptions:

Cancelation within 24 hours: if you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, your order will be refunded.

Cancelations after 24 hours: in the case your order has not yet been processed, you may request a cancelation of your order after 24 hours via chat or email to support@amisuyukt.com.
